These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 24KWINNER, including our website, our app and the 24KWINNER APK (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use 24KWINNER. By using the platform you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Restricted Territories

24KWINNER is not available to residents of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland and Sikkim. By using the platform you confirm that you are not a resident of, or accessing the service from, a restricted state. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may hold only one account and must provide accurate information.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

4. The 24KWINNER App & APK

The 24KWINNER app and APK are provided free of charge to registered users for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or APK, and not to use unofficial or modified versions of the app to access our Services. We may update the app periodically; using an outdated version may limit access to certain features.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, including the ₹10,000 welcome bonus, are subject to specific promotion terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw promotions, and to void bonuses obtained through fraud or abuse.

6. Payments

Deposits and withdrawals are processed in ₹ (INR). You must use payment methods registered in your own name. We may request verification before processing withdrawals.

7. Fair Play

Any form of cheating, collusion, use of prohibited software or exploitation of errors is strictly forbidden and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to fair-play rules, you agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt or overload our systems; create multiple accounts to exploit promotions; or impersonate another person. We reserve the right to investigate and take action, including account suspension, for any suspected violation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on 24KWINNER, including the logo, branding, app design, graphics and game assets, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe these Terms, our fair-play rules or applicable law have been breached. Where possible, we will notify you of the reason. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses related to app downtime, connectivity issues or third-party payment delays.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdictions where we are permitted to operate. Any disputes should first be raised with our support team so we can attempt to resolve them directly before pursuing other remedies.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect new features in the 24KWINNER app. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
